When will you ship my items?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 to 2 business days for processing until it's shipped from our warehouse. You then will receive a notification of shipment with tracking information. If you're located in the USA, please allow 4 to 7 days in total after placing your order to receive your items. We ship all USA orders from our Los Angeles warehouse. Each product has a specified delivery estimate on the product page. In some instances, if shipping might take longer e.g. if an item is pre-order then this will be indicated on the product page, at checkout and in your confirmation email after purchase including an estimated time it will be available.
Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times on some orders. Please Understand due to Covid delays with USPS we CANNOT control when your item will arrive once it is placed with the carrier. You can track the status of your order here.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Shop Kultivate can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. Shop Kultivate will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking here. Enter your Order ID# and your email address that you used at the time of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. To complete your return, simply contact us via email at email@example.com to receive a RMA Number. You must postmark the return package within 10 days of receiving it to qualify for a return. Items not postmarked within this time frame will be refused. Items without an RMA Number will be refused. Items must be in the original packaging to qualify for a return!
Pre-orders are orders for products on ShopKultivate.com that are not yet in stock currently but are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved and mailed to you as soon as the shipment arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email when the item ships out from our warehouse.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your order is damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. With highly suggest using return shipping with tracking to ensure your return is returned to us.
All items must be in an unused re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. Absolutely no orders will be returned if there are any perfume, make-up, deodorant, pet hair, or any visible wear. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.
We CANNOT Apply a promo code for you after purchase. If you are having problems please contact us before purchase.
Please include the order number we provide in your email so that the refund can be properly processed.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Shop Kultivate is no longer liable once your package shows as delivered to the address the customer provides.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, please allow 3-7 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

Lost Or Stolen Items In Shipping
If you need to file a claim for a lost purchase follow the instructions from the following carriers. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your address is a safe and secure location.
